Alexei Germanovich Pizhonkov, General Director

He spearheads the company’s financial and economic activities. He also coordinates project work.
He graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering, Physicochemical Faculty.
Alexei Pizhonkov has a number of patents, copyright certificates, and scientific publications.
 
 

Roman Eduardovich Peshenko, Deputy General Director

He heads the company’s scientific activities. He is head of the Laboratory of Renewable Energy Sources, and coordinates project work.
He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), Physics Faculty and Philosophy Faculty.
He has a 20-year management experience in the field of research activities.
Roman Peshenko has a number of patents, copyright certificates, and scientific publications.

Sergey Nikolaevich Chuvashev

Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, a professor at Russian State University of Aviation Technology, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU).
He heads the Laboratory of Mathematical Modeling and Numerical Experiment. He also coordinates project work.
Prof. Chuvashev graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. His main work involved formulation and numerical implementation of mathematical models in the fields of plasma physics, gas discharges, aerodynamics, optics, etc.
He has authored over 150 scientific publications, including 6 monographs and handbooks. 
 


Alexander Arkadevich Zhdanov,

Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor.
He heads the Laboratory of Autonomous Control Systems, and coordinates project work.
He graduated from the Kirov Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering, majoring in electronic computer.
Prof. Zhdanov had his doctoral studies at Dorodnicyn Computing Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The subject of his doctoral dissertation was “Autonomous adaptive control  method”.
He has published 114 scientific papers.


Valentin Nikolaevich Silin, PhD (Technical Sciences)

He heads the Laboratory of Plasma Technologies, and coordinates project work. He graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, has worked with Nobel laureates P.A. Cherenkov, I.M. Frank, and I.Y. Tamm at the Laboratory of the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He dealt in automation of physical experiments.
Valentin Silin has supervised research projects and developments of existing laser technology samples for more than 40 years at leading enterprises of the defense industry.
